Allistair McCaw - Sports performance specialist & owner of BABP

Allistair McCaw

Allistair McCaw is recognized as a leader in sports performance training, specializing in tennis specific movement and fitness training. His well proven method of athlete performance enhancement has helped numerous world class athletes realize their goals and athletic potential.

Allistair hold's a degree in Sports management, Elite athlete conditioning and is a certified PTR tennis professional, USA track & field coach and sports therapist. He is also a former 5 time world championship competitor in the sport of duathlon, obtaining a silver medal in Atlanta, 2002.

Allistair is a trainer with revolutionary ideas and a unique concept that has propelled his athletes to another level in their performance and not just in the sport of tennis. Seen as an expert in court specific movement, he not only has worked with the world’s number 1 in tennis, but also in squash, a sport that relies on lightning reactions and movements skills.

Having spent thousands of hours on the court, in the gym and traveling with some of the world’s best athletes, it’s enabled him to come up with what he believes is one of the best, if not ‘the’ best method in tennis performance training in the world.
